Using her conventional medical training combined with her unique hands on osteopathic diagnostic skills, Dr. Lytle-Vieira works to restore normal neurological function to body structures by gently and precisely treating the brain, nerves/spinal cord, fluids, arteries/veins, muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue involved in the injury/illness.

Below are some of the neurological issues we treat in adults, children, and infants in our South Austin office:

  • vertigo

  • carpal tunnel syndrome

  • tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

  • herniated discs/sciatica

  • head injuries/concussions/traumatic brain injury

  • headaches/migraines

  • whiplash (and other car accident injuries)

"Dr. Saskia, you were instrumental in helping to treat my tinnitus. Between therapy, and [a drug], and your treatments, I gradually arrived at the point I decided life was worth living. Each time you treated me the decibel level was reduced. For somebody with severe tinnitus I can't tell you how meaningful your treatment was. You are a good doctor and the medical profession needs more people like you."
